David Lynn
National Sales Director
David has 9 years experience working within the corporate merchandise industry, and joined the team in 2006 to manage large blue chip key accounts. David was promoted to National Sales Director in 2010 with responsibility of business development, managing global merchandise programmes, scheme implementation as well as supporting and coaching the sales team.

Olivia Rickard
Operations Manager
Olivia has the promotional gifts industry well and truly under her skin! She started in the industry back in 1995 working as an Admin Assistant for two very busy Sales Co-ordinators. The industry was very different then, it seemed as though you could pretty much name your price and advertising gifts were still quite a new concept. Now everyone is very price conscious, aware of the environmental impact of our industry and promotional gifts are much more an essential marketing tool. Many things have changed but customer service is still key and a very important factor in the first class service we deliver our clients. Olivia has been at Dowlis since 2003 and, along with the internal support staff, ensures we comply with our ISO Quality & Environmental accreditations and continue to offer our customers a great experience.

Barbara Davison
Finance Manager
Barbara joined Dowlis in August 2006 and was appointed Finance Manager in January 2007. Her previous 18 years accounts experience is within the printing trade and IT Consultancy. Barbara manages a highly experienced credit control and purchase ledger team which is run from our Byfleet and Manchester offices.

Tony McCaffery
Distribution Manager
Tony joined Dowlis in 2005 as Warehouse Manager and was promoted in September 2008 to Distribution Manager. Tony's previous experience, running a multi unit distribution centre with 5 warehouses, dispatching goods nationwide to 522 outlets, stands him in good stead for managing over 50 corporate schemes and despatching goods world-wide.
